These conditions apply to the private hire of Waverley
Travel Limited (Company Registration Number: 6853675) trading as www.fire4hirelimos.co.uk
| 1.

Applications. These conditions apply whether a
contract has been made in writing or verbally. The hirer acts on behalf of
all the passengers travelling on the vehicle(s). The hirer is responsible for
the actions and decisions of all passengers |
| 2.
|
Quotations are given on the basis of the most
direct route. The route will be at the discretion of the Company or the
Chauffeur on the day unless it has been particularly specified by the hirer
in which case it will be clearly shown on the confirmation. All quotations
are given subject to the Company having available a suitable vehicle at the
time the hirer accepts the quotation. Quotations are valid for 28 days unless
otherwise notified. |

Use and Retention of Vehicle The hirer cannot
assume use of the vehicle between outward and return journeys, nor to remain
at the destination for the hirer's use unless this has been agreed with the Company
in advance. |
| 4.
|
Route and Time Variation The Company reserves the
right to levy additional charges for mileage, car parking charges or time
other than that agreed in accordance with the Company’s pricing structure.
The Chauffeur will drive at safe speeds in accordance with road conditions,
traffic and national speed limits. |
| 5.
|
The hirer is responsible for any damage caused to
the interior and or exterior of a vehicle by any passenger for the duration
of the hire to them and will be billed accordingly for any repair or valeting
required in order to reinstate the vehicle to working order subject to a
minimum charge of £75. |
| 6.
|
Seating Capacity. The Company will specify the
legal seating capacity of the vehicle. The hirer must not load the vehicle
beyond this capacity. Chauffeurs will not carry any extra passengers over the
seating capacity of the vehicle. |
| 7.
|
No animals (except guide or hearing dogs notified
to the Company in advance) may be carried without prior written agreement
from the Company. |
| 8.
|
Written confirmation by the Company is the only
basis for the acceptance of a hiring or for subsequent alteration to its
terms. |
| 9.
|
Payment:
a)
A deposit of 40% of the hire
fee (minimum £50) is payable on booking the vehicle with the balance due 7
days before the date of the hire (10 days for cheques) unless the Company has
agreed in writing to vary this condition. Any deposit must be paid by the
date stated and payment in full must be made prior to the hire unless
otherwise agreed by the company.
b) Credit card payments are
subject to a 3% surcharge. The charge on your credit card statement will be
shown as Waverley Travel Limited.
c) All prices are exclusive of VAT
which will be charged in accordance with the rates specified by HMRC from
time to time.
d) For account customers the
Company reserves the right to add 2% compound interest per calendar month,
after the date by which payment should have been made. |

Cancellation by Hirer
a)
If the hirer wishes to cancel
any arrangements, the following scale of charges will apply in relation to
the total hire charge.

b) If the hirer or other passenger(s) do not appear at the time and place
designated as the pick-up point, all monies paid to the Company will be
non-refundable.
c) Cancellation due to inclement weather conditions will be charged as above.

Cancellation by the Company In the event of any
emergency, riot, civil commotion, strike, lockout, stoppage or restraint of
labour or the happening of any event over which the Company has no control
(including adverse weather and road conditions) or in the event of the hirer
taking any action to vary agreed conditions unilaterally, the Company may
return all money paid and without further or other liability, cancel the
contract. |

Vehicle to be provided
a) The
company reserves the right to provide a change to the contracted vehicle or
Chauffeur at any time if necessary at no additional charge to the hirer.
b) The company reserves the right to substitute other vehicles of similar
quality to those shown on the website (including those of other operators) for
all or part of the hiring.

Breakdown and Delays The Company gives advice on
journey time in good faith and will
use all reasonable endeavours to ensure our vehicles arrive on time. However,
as a result of breakdown or traffic congestion, or other events beyond the
reasonable control of the Company, journeys may take longer than predicted
and the Company will not be liable for any loss suffered by the hirer as a
result. |

Passengers' Property
a) All
vehicles hired by the Company are fully insured for passenger and third party
claims and the hirer accepts that the Chauffeur shall be the sole judge as to
whether and to what extent passengers' property is carried.
b) The Company allows any personal property of the hirer and their passengers
onto the vehicle on the understanding that it will take reasonable steps to
avoid loss or damage but Waverley Travel Limited trading as www.fire4hirelimos.co.uk shall not be responsible or liable for any loss/damage to such
property. The Company will not accept liability for any damage or loss of any
property which belongs to any passenger and is left on a vehicle after
completion of the hiring.
c) The Company will keep a lost property book at their offices and any
articles of property recovered from a vehicle will be held at those offices
and may be collected from there. |
| 15.

Conduct of passengers. The Chauffeur is
responsible for the safety of the vehicle at all times and may remove any passenger
whose behaviour prejudices safety and Waverley Travel Limited trading as www.fire4hirelimos.co.uk and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse to carry any passenger
who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs and whose
behaviour poses a threat either to the Chauffeur, the vehicle or any other
passenger(s). |
| 16.

In the event of a complaint, the hirer should
seek a solution at the time by asking for assistance from the Chauffeur or
from the Company. If this has not provided a remedy, complaints should be
submitted in writing within 14 days of the termination of the hire. |
| 17.
|
Notices. No bill, poster or notice is to be
displayed on any vehicle without the consent of the company. |
| 18.
|
No refreshments or drinks other than those
supplied by Waverley Travel Limited trading as www.fire4hirelimos.co.uk may be consumed in the vehicle without the prior written consent from
the Company. Waverley Travel Limited trading as www.fire4hirelimos.co.uk makes every attempt to identify ingredients that may cause allergic
reactions for those with food allergies. There is a possibility that
manufacturers of the commercial food and drink that we use could change the
formulation at any time, without notice. It is also possible that the food or
drink that we supply may have been produced in a factory that uses nut
ingredients. Customers concerned with food allergies need to be aware of this
risk. Waverley Travel Limited trading as www.fire4hirelimos.co.uk will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to food or drink
consumed, or items one may come into contact with while engaged in any
activity supplied under this Contract. |

Waverley Travel Limited trading as www.fire4hirelimos.co.uk maintains a strict no-smoking policy in all its vehicles. |
